- BSBen SieversJun 30, 20252.0Houses built are okay enough quality. The real problems come later with management of hoas and ongoing issues. Unfortunately they appear to get the sale and end the customer service there. Many attempts have been made to fix issues with either nothing being done or some sort of compromise on toll brothers agreement. Update: We've tried emails with no results. If you have a real interest check ANY of your idaho subdivision FB pages. Just one specific instance if your looking to help. Look at the "splash pad" installed vs. the splash pad proposed in the Oaks North.
