  Walked into the sales office to get information. There was one lady in there that seemed like I wasn’t worth her time. gave me no information on how I could go about even looking at houses. I love Toll Brothers, but that sales lady really turned me off from the entire process. Didn’t even care to get my name or any information.

  Update: Toll Brothers did a great job of making this right. They came out and personally took a look with the landscaping company and got the irrigation system updated such that it waters evenly, and also replaced any sod that was dying. The lawn looks great now. I was impressed with the follow up and care to resolving the issue. --- Our experience was fairly good overall but there's been some serious larger issues, some that we're experiencing 2 months after closing, that really sour it. We bought an inventory home and the process was straightforward. We closed on the date we were originally given with no delays, and last minute hiccups were ultimately resolved even though it was a stressful at times. I also wish the sales office would have been more prompt with sending over information they said they would send without us having to remind them, but ultimately it was fine. We've had many warranty claims but mostly for more minor things and they were generally fixed quickly. There's one huge exception though: landscaping items. The landscaping company used is very hard to work with and seems to ignore doing the work as long as possible, and there's been multiple issues, some still unresolved. First we had a sprinkler system zone that didn't turn on. This caused the grass to completely die in that zone. After some delays in getting the company to come out, the company replaced the sod and fixed the zone and that area is fine now. But now large portions of our backyard are dying because the sprinkler system in one other zone is seemingly designed poorly and puts out water very unevenly (I measured it), with some areas getting way too little water. I would say a solid third of that zone, which represents almost all of our backyard, is dead or dying, and it's getting worse. So far, the landscaping company is unresponsive in setting up a time to come out and begin investigation and work to fix this. And Toll Brothers hasn't really done anything to help; they just told me to handwater it. There's a separate issue with a tree in our front yard that has been equally unresolved so far as well. Toll Brothers overall was fine, and the community is nice with walking trails and good amenities. But the implementation, quality, and communication isn't there on more major issues. If I bought another Toll Brothers home in the future, I'd be more wary of the work quality and do more inspection of my own before buying, and I don't see them as quite as much a luxury builder as I did previously.

  After living here for 4 months I can tell you we have had a Great experience before during and after. We love our home and the community. Everyone is so amazing. We got a great experience from Cliff Benion , Greg Lindley and Carlyn King. This place is a dream come true. Everything we thought it would be and more.
