- TNTj NovakMay 22, 20241.0Very cheaply made Toll Brothers homes. Every home includes bad finishes, unfinished painting, and unprimed drywall. Toll Brother motto is: max profit, minimal cost. You will never recognize any of their subcontractors they hire, just like CBH, because they can't do quality work and can only be hired by cheap builders.

They will schedule an appointment for you, if you request to come in but you will be told they are only selling 2 homes per week and there is no wait list at this time. They are moving slowly to drive up their prices. "You can look at the menu...but you just can't eat."
