  Had a terrible experience with these guys, thank goodness they showed their true colors before we decided to move forward with buying from them. Super rude to our realtor and tried to tell us he would get no compensation since we viewed their model homes without him being there upon our first time viewing them. They never mentioned anything about this to us until our next appointment ONE hour before. I’d imagine the whole process would have been nothing but an uphill battle along every step of the way with them.

  We bought a Toll Brothers home in 2024, the model was supposed to be 2,128 square feet. We discovered 10 days prior to closing the home was 2,048 s.f. which Toll Brothers never disclosed. Our TB salesperson didn't even know the square footage changed with a no-cost option we selected. The cost of the no cost option was 80 less square feet which calculates to $16K. Toll Brothers offered us $10K which we accepted. Toll Brothers the next day retracted the $10K offer and now refuse to compensate or communicate with us. We now have to hire an attorney. If you buy, Do Not Buy Direct, find and use your own realtor.

  Seven months ago my fiancé I decided to purchase a larger house for our combined families. After touring a couple of builder's spec houses we decided to stick with Toll Brothers. Bo was exceptionally helpful, kind, and knowledgeable at each step of the way. Once we picked a floorplan (which was very reasonably priced), Bo helped us prepare for the design meeting. We walked into the appointment with an idea of colors we wanted and a list of have to haves (countertops, cabinets, and railing) with a budget. It took us a full day, but I am so glad we spend the extra time in design. Once construction began, we were in for a real treat! We met Mike our construction manager who has been with us every step of the construction process. He watches out for us like he would his own home. He updates us every week. He is a stickler for details and only hires the best subcontractors. I have nothing but good things to say about each and every trade. Just as an example, the flooring team spent half their install time literally sanding the floor perfectly level. They have their subs use the best materials like ZIP sheeting instead of OSB, they insulate certain rooms for noise, they glue floor sheeting to the joists to reduce noise, and many more extras. On multiple occasions Mike has caught issues and made our home much better. We are THRILLED with Mike and Bo and love our new home. If you have them and their teams watching over your new house, I am confident you will be as excited and happy as we are!
