We were very excited to have a lawn for our dog and paid extra for a lawn and bigger backyard and the whole time we were there nobody took care of it. The weeds had so many goat heads our poor dog couldn’t walk on the grass without getting some stuck in her paw. We finally ended up taking care of the yard ourselves after telling the leasing office a couple of times and really not getting any response.

My accounts are under my maiden name, I’ve been a resident since August 2025 in the Johnson Residence. We’ve tried phone calls, emails, work orders, and office visits with very minimal resolution and only on certain house repairs, with others not addressed at all and deleted from the system.

The office team is always right on things and give clear communication via email and post to the Neighborhood app when things are happening. Our events have been absolutely excellent in quality and frequency. I have never lived in a place that has cared so much about making a community feel connected. This isn’t just a place to rent, it is a place to live. You can easily see yourself being here for a long time! Adam T
