  Put in a work order around 5:30 PM yesterday and the maintenance was here by 11 AM to fix it! Very helpful and quick, so thankful to go from living where property management never got back to you to somewhere where they prioritize their tenants!!

  Our experience at this place was very disappointing. We went to inquire about the apartments, and from the very beginning, the service was unfriendly and uninterested. There were three staff members in the office, and none of them showed any intention of helping us. They simply told us to wait, but at no point did they tell us where to sit or offer any guidance. We waited several minutes, and still, no one approached us. Additionally, we had previously tried to contact them by email multiple times and never received a response. The most uncomfortable part of the experience was the feeling that the treatment may have been influenced by our accent and our Latino background. We felt ignored and undervalued, which we perceived as a form of discrimination. The service was very unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. Honestly, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and attentive service.

  Pésima atención! Las personas encargadas de atender a los futuros y actuales residentes fueron déspotas y poco amables!! No saludaron, no ofrecieron ni siquiera un asiento para esperar, me tuvieron 15 minutos mientras reían entre ellos! Totalmente discriminado y burlado. Supongo que se debe ajustar a los lineamientos de los apartamentos ya que las 3 personas del mostrador hicieron lo mismo.

  When we first moved to Idaho from out of state, we were originally only looking for a short-term lease since we weren’t familiar with the area. Jennifer Villanueva was the first person who really helped make that transition easy for us, and she played a big role in our decision to choose Dovetail Apartments. From the beginning, the experience has been great, and we’ve now renewed for a second time after our original lease. One of the biggest highlights for us has been the amenities, especially the gym. We toured several other communities before making a decision, and Dovetail’s fitness center stood out as one of the best we saw. Jennifer has continued to be wonderful to work with throughout our time here. She’s always been helpful, responsive, and makes the leasing and renewal process smooth every time.

  Jennifer Villanueva has played a huge part in my experience at Dovetail. I have lived at Dovetail Apartments for three years now, and I am currently renewing for my third year because of how great my experience has been here. She has always been welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful. She has taken the time to assist me with everything from signing my lease in person to helping me navigate emails and account access when I needed support. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stand out. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been positive, she always greets residents with a smile and a genuinely helpful attitude, which makes a big difference in feeling at home here. The community itself has been great, but the level of care and service from the team, especially Jennifer, is what has kept me here for three years. I truly appreciate everything she has done for me and highly recommend Dovetail Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.
