Liz was absolutely awesome to work with — she kept everything organized, on track, and made the process smoother than we ever imagined. She’s basically the glue that holds the chaos of home buying together. And then there’s Tyson — hands down the best realtor you could ask for. He showed us house after house with patience, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor. He even took us golfing before we’d officially agree to work with him (pretty sure that was his secret strategy). Don’t believe a word he says about his golf handicap though — it’s all part of his sales pitch. In all seriousness, both Liz and Tyson made buying our home a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

However, there are a few things that drop them to 4 stars and you should know about. We made it clear from the beginning we did not want to close in person, and as we got closer to the closing date felt pressured to do so. Near the end they stopped sending offical documents and started doing everything as word of mouth which lost our confidence. While the documents they never sent, we feel won't hurt us in the long run, would have just been better to come through the correct channels.
