  For many years, I have worked with the Anderson-Hicks Group and their talented staff members, both buying and selling, and they never disappoint. Over the years, they continue to refine their process in order to make the overall experience even better. I always feel I am in good hands with the Anderson-Hicks Group.   I had the pleasure of referring a client to Riley, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He and his team were incredibly quick to respond, stayed on top of every detail, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Most importantly, he made the transaction smooth and stress-free for everyone involved. It’s always important to know your clients are in good hands when you refer them out, and they absolutely delivered. I would confidently refer them again in the future!

  Josh Golden is the best realtor around! Not only did he sell us a home but he helped sell another family members home. As first time home buyers we had no idea what we were going into, didn't know the process, had a house fall through and had to start over, and it was definitely a process! Josh was always ahead of the ball game and so was our lender agent Rick! Rick was able to get us the best offer BY FAR of any other company (I asked a lot). Josh and Rick was quick to draw up papers/offers/numbers and would help us re run everything if we needed to make adjustments. Josh helped us look at houses on Saturdays and was super flexible. They really helped us feel like it was an enjoyable and not scary process, they handled all the hard stuff and we just got to sit back and enjoy the process. They were extremely quick to respond when we had 900 questions or needed something explained. Truly could not recommend them enough and I will not be going anywhere else. THANK YOU for getting us our first home!! Nicole also worked a lot behind the scene and was so quick with documents and helped a lot with keeping track of progress and next steps. We spoke and worked with a lot of different people from this company and everyone was so helpful and made sure everything got done and turned in on time, swiftly, and smoothly!

  I worked with Forrest Ihler when buying a new house and selling my old one. He made the whole process easy, from looking at multiple homes, doing tours and giving me honest feedback on what he felt was good and bad in the homes. Once we got our house he then did open houses every week to sell our old home. He followed up with any news on the home quickly and gave plenty of updates. He helped with inspections and staging etc. Anderson Hicks was great the the whole team was wonderful and made the process easy. Forrest was a great agent. This was actually our second time working with him since the first time was so great as well.

  My wife and I just purchased our first home and could not have done it without these guys! Riley, Lisa, and Nicole were all amazing to work with. Would highly recommend using Riley as your Realtor. We will definitely be sending any family and friends his way!
