  It's been five months since I moved out, and they still haven't returned part of my security deposit. They charged me $600 for a crack in the sink. I showed them photos proving I wasn't responsible for it; I found it like that when I moved in. My husband called them every week to ask for our $600 back, and they just kept saying, "We're sending it, we're having problems with the payment." But we still haven't received anything. It's not just about the $600; for us, it's about not having the power to claim anything because in the end, this company decides. Me necantaría dar estar de acuerdo con tu respuesta diciendo que el daño ocurrió cuando yo usé el departamento, pero yo tengo dos fotos que demuestran lo contrario y también la foto ed que se envió esas fotos al correo de los encargados de administración. Es importnate que se responda con honestidad, con verdad, defenderse en base a mentiras no es correcto y mucho menos para la imagen de Lidoapartments. Gracias

  Ive barely just moved in, but the newer property manager Elias has worked with us and made us feel at home. The parking sucks, and there is a few issues with the unit but all easily fixed. I feel its a little pricey, but to have a solid property manager is so crucial.

  If I could leave less I would. I reached out to them for the first time may 22nd, again may 24th, again may 28th and then they finally replied just to pass me on. I’ve seen signs on Main Street, signs on their property, Zillow, and on their website stating apartments available. I messaged them for a tour on Zillow, no reply. I messaged them on their website for a tour, no reply. I called the property manager, no answer. Left a voicemail explaining I was interested, no call back. I emailed replied to their message may 28th to no reply back. Messaged again may 30th, no reply. Messaged again June 2nd, received a text finally. Guess what happened next once I asked for more info, no reply. I showed up to the apartments to talk in person, no one was available. All theses signs and post about availability and yet they don’t care to fill them. At this point, even though I’m desperate to find somewhere to live in Hailey, I’m exhausted trying to tour or even live in this apartment complex. I honestly fell in love with this area, and started my new job at The Valley Club but this is the one negative thing I’ve seen in Hailey Idaho and honestly the most unprofessional business I’ve ever experienced attempting to talk to I’ve ever had my entire life. I’ve been all over while I was in the military and this place hands down does not care about holding standards nor customer service. I thought I wasn’t going to find a bad experience moving to Hailey until I tried to talk to this apartment leasing team. Funny part is I called their department in California and they where able to help me more then here in Hailey.
