Loads of storage space everywhere. The giant windows bring in tons of natural light. The building is well thought out with multiple elevators in different parts of the building, valet trash, beautiful community spaces, indoors and out. And just a short walk to the Greenbelt and all the best wineries and breweries Garden City has to offer. Staff are friendly and professional. Top-notch! Roundhouse always knocks it out of the park and this place is no exception. Love love love my new home!

He listened to all of my needs and got me into my apartment without having to reexplain myself over and over again. It was a process to get me here, but his time was well spent with me and walked with me through all of this process together. And today’s the day! I’m moving in and it’s all thanks to him! He is such a huge gift to this apartment complex and I wouldn’t be here without him. Thank you so much Bryan. And he’s good looking for the eyes!
