  The Taranto’s helped me sell my house earlier this year and it went so wonderfully I didn’t second guess who I would ask to help me buy my next home when the time came. Candy, Charlie, and Shawn are all professional, kind, knowledgeable, and personable. They each bring expertise and insight to the table and were amazing to work with. In selling and buying my homes I felt listened to, represented, and respected. I would I would recommend the Taranto’s for any realtor needs!

  We decided to buy a house without a realtor in order to save the seller realtor fees to put ourselves in a better position competitively. Charlie and Candy were primarily representing the seller, but facilitated the sale on our end as well. They were wonderful to work with and we felt like they had our best interests in mind as well as the sellers. We would recommend them without hesitation.

  SO happy with our experience with the Taranto’s! We were so excited to move to this area and Shawn made things all the more fun and enjoyable! He is so personable and easy to communicate with. He was very patient and VERY knowledgeable in all aspects of home buying. He made us feel like we had his undivided attention. Plus, he has tons of resources and knowledge of everything fun and cool around here! We had the pleasure of meeting all three of them and they are the sweetest down to earth folks you’re going to meet.. Highly recommended buying your home with the Taranto’s. Great professional representation of the Northern Idaho area.
