  Management made moving in extremely smooth and welcoming. Apartment was well maintained and very affordable. Good neighborhood, well worth the move.

  Our Community Manager is the nicest person ever. All of our questions and concerns are immediately addressed. Property is nicely kept up.

  Horrible new management. We had a problem with our neighbors below us banging on the ceiling for no reason and when we called management to complain about it they wouldn't let us get a word out and kept on speaking over us and saying we were "clearly at fault" here, they raised pur rent twice within the year and they prohibited riding bikes and BBQ's and anything remotely fun in general. When we left management charged us a ton for damages that were here before we moved in (and she knew it) in short: horrible and management, I DO NOT advise you rent a place here, trust me, we've seen more people move out in 2 months (including us)than we have the 5 years we lived there
