- GJGarrett JonesApr 1, 20264.0My wife only lived here for 18 months, and had a really good overall experience. Michael is super helpful in the front office. You cannot beat the location, it’s super walkable to Trader Joe’s, Boise State University, and many other classic downtown spots. It’s pretty fairly priced on one bedroom unit, especially given how inflated everything is these days. There would be an occasion where sometimes we had to wait a while for a maintenance request to be filled, but I know that’s pretty common in other apartments. Definitely would recommend living here if you’re looking for a first place in Boise, especially if you were a younger couple or in your 20s.
