- DWDiane E. WhiteJul 19, 20255.0Older, beautiful, mature trees throughout, lots of attentive gardeners making everyone's yards gorgeous. 99% of residents keep up their properties. Management good about enforcing no overnight street parking & nothing "junky" in yards. Nice clubhouse, just redecorated, with occasional "parties" on the patio.
