  The maintenance team did a bad job at repairing the pipe underneath my sink where the garbage disposal connects to my water supply. They’ve had to fix the same issue three times now because the pipe keeps disconnecting

  Do not feed into the positive reviews on this place - read the "Karen l" review below for an honest answer, I couldn't have said it better myself. The building and utilities are outdated; the place desperately needs repair. Mold growth in the bathroom, under the sink, etc. They even painted over the old mold! Icing on the cake, we had brand-new carpets when we moved in, and they charged us to replace the entire carpeting due to what they claim is pet damage. I would be understanding if it was true, but the damage they claim is concerning. Don't mess with these sheisters. After reading previous reviews below, it appears that issues similar to mine are normal. Wish I did more research prior to moving in - ya live and learn! Thanks for reading this silver bay.   The place is literally falling apart. The rent they charge is exorbitant, and they never reinvest in keeping their property maintained. The carpet in my unit was gross. The first time I vacuumed, all kinds of dirt and black hair came up out of it. Every time I tried to go barefoot it would make my feet itch so bad I had to wash them with soap and water. The people who own this place are greedy and entitled. They will tell you that you're so many points away, and that you have to give them a very large deposit. A deposit they never plan on giving back to, or crediting you for. The residents are also very loud with their Harley motorcycles and revving their engines. Theres also several residents who have mental issues that has required me to contact the authorities on. There's goose and duck feces all over the place which poses a health hazard also. Walking around you can see where the patio walls and stucco are falling apart. Sorry I ever considered living here. So grossed out, I had to move. The carpet was causing me health issues, which are resolving now that I moved out of that filthy apartment 🤢🤢🤢🤮
