- BCBob CantrellOct 20, 20251.0High rent and low quality maintenance and unavailable management the streets have not been taken care of in years. The street lights are a joke! The residence who do not own, the property are in charge of very expensive tree maintenance like $2000 to take down a tree in their yard that they did not plant! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live!!! I am moving my mom out of here….
