  Riverwalk was tolerable during the first year, but it has since rapidly deteriorated. The amenities are virtually nonexistent, and while the location near downtown and the Greenbelt initially seemed appealing, the neighborhood is not the safest. Security is a major concern here. Our expensive scooter, along with other residents’ property, was stolen, and Riverwalk was unhelpful in addressing the situation. It took them several months to even fix the door the thief used to enter. The apartments themselves leave much to be desired. My patio feels unstable, and the door leaks a significant amount of water when it rains. Additionally, the place is overrun with spiders, which is not ideal. Recently, Riverwalk discontinued internet access, and now only one provider services the building, which is at full capacity. As a full-time student and remote worker, this has been a nightmare. I’ve lost thousands of dollars in income because I can’t work, and I’ve had to request multiple extensions for assignments due to lack of internet access. I’ve been trying to terminate my lease, but Riverwalk has been completely unresponsive, leaving me in an uncomfortable and stressful situation. I can no longer function normally in my daily life here. If you’re considering living here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is not worth it.

  The apartments are absolutely beautiful but Roundhouse is severely incompetent. I've gotten bills for things I don't owe and an eviction notice for an overdue balance of $0.00. I've had to explain my lease to them and remind them what Idaho law says. It's been a headache since they took over in March of 2022. Until they get better training or more experienced staff, I would not move here.

  Rachel the office manager is a total sweetheart! She was so warm on the phone, and during the tour she answered all of our questions. Move in day was a snap, and she’s been so helpful with any inquiries we have had along the way. River walk is truly beautiful and there is no riff raff around the apartment building. I am truly grateful that Rachel and Sonny work so hard to keep RW safe, clean, and in tip top shape. Great place to live.

  The front desk lady was very unprofessional and had the worst attitude, they are not welcoming at all and try to get you out of the door so they don’t have to help you. Very inconsiderate apartments and not a good place at all. I hope they change the way they treat their tenants

  Best apartment in the valley....great manager...very nice people...right on the greenbelt,boise river.....great!!!!!
