  Riverwalk is a great place to live due to its location. I've lived here 13 years because my balcony overlooks the Boise River. Out the back door is the green belt and I have easy walking access to 3 beautiful parks. I like having my own washer/dryer & walk in closet too.

  My daughter lived here when she was in college in 2019-2020. It was wonderful. We lived 1800 miles away and felt very comfortable with her being there. The owner was a sweet young lady who was very accommodating.

  The Riverwalk apartments are a gem of a place to live! We’ve been here for a little less than a year now and have been loving it! They are situated right off the greenbelt which makes it super convenient for getting around downtown Boise. BSU, the Library, shopping, and more are all within easy walking distance. The location is very picturesque and we feel like we are in our own little park. More than the location though these apartments shine for other reasons. Anytime we have a maintenance request it is always timely, considerate, and friendly service we get each time. The resident service is really good too. Our interactions with the front office team have always been attentive, kind, and friendly, meeting our needs. The people here are friendly too! The apartment themselves are sturdily built, the walls are thicker than paper-thin making it hard to hear neighbors. They are clean, well-lit, and carpeted- or new options for wood floors in some. If you are a student going to school, a worker looking for an awesome and picturesque commute to work, a young family, a newly wed couple, or a retiree enjoying the golden years these apartments are a fit for all!

  Riverwalk was great for about a year but now, after being acquired by a company out of California(gag), things have been going downhill quick. Recently multiple bikes and possessions have been stolen from the "locked" garage and the response from the complex was "yeah sometimes things get stolen." Obviously, but there are ways to prevent theft like oh I don't know LOCKING THE DOORS or changing the access codes. I was essentially told that is an impossible challenge and wouldn't be successful. In my experience, the harder it is to get access to something the harder it is to steal it but hey, what do I know. They are also getting rid of our internet. We now have to get our own but they are only offering Century link which SUCKS. Expensive for terrible speeds. I work from home occasionally and 60mbps is not adequate enough to run what I need. Very disappointing. The service is also terrible. No one stays in the office until the posted time and this is apparently due to short staff. I've worked jobs where we don't have enough people but you know what we did? We hired more staff to fill our gaps! Simple math but these folks just cant figure that out. Overall, the view is nice but the traffic from the greenbelt is a lot. Great for people watching but now vagrants are targeting us because its dark, quite, and under protected. If you are looking to live somewhere with good service and a sense of safety this is not the complex for you.

  I did not end up taking the apartment (due to reasons unrelated), but I really appreciated working with Nathan!!!
