Shelia Barton uses unethical practices. I had the misfortune of trying to negotiate on a home that Shelia Barton was selling. I sent in a solid full price offer. Another offer came in, she asked if I would match it. I said yes. She then went back to the other buyer with my matched offer, to squeeze more from them. This time around, I held firm and refused to match the other offer.
Shelia Barton is the wife of Corey Barton aka owner of CBH. Her unethical practices leaves more to be desired. The tactics she utilizes is pure greed. Needless to say, my current home will be my last CBH home.
If you’re in the market for a home, know that Shelia Barton will do whatever it takes to squeeze out as much as possible for that home. Including disclosing your bid to others to squeeze as much as possible from the sale. This is classic bid shopping and no matter how much I love the home, I will always walk away from realtors who use this unethical tactic.

Paul with Mountain Reality was absolutely amazing to work with! My husband and I found a house we loved with no prior plans to sell what was our current house at the time to buy a new home. He happily showed us the house, came to our place and helped us get a plan to list our house, and this was all knowing that if we didn’t get an offer accepted on the house we wanted we were then not planning to move. He was great with helping us through a very sudden change of life plans. He made the entire process easy and he as always happy to answer every single question I had along the way. We really felt he had our backs. It was a fast paced 6 weeks- but we could not have asked for a better relator. Our lender also enjoyed working with him as well!

Aloha Paul
I must thank you for your help finding a home for my son and his wife. My advanced age (85 next month), the 2700 miles from Boise, and the 4 hour time difference made communication kind of challenging, as did the restrictions involved in "the hunt". Still, Paul, you were so patient, walking us through it all... and they were long strides; I think the whole process: the idea, the hunt, and the purchase took just 3 weeks.
Everything went so smoothly, we all are very happy.I 'm so grateful we had the good fortune that led us to the cream of the crop of real estate agents.
Wishing the very best to you and yours...
Sincerely,
Joanna
