Our process went super fast, even with an FHA loan it only took 3.5 months from ordering the home to moving in. The repair crew was fast and very nice. Over all was a fantastic experience!

To say they bent over backwards would be an understatement as we were not the easiest to work with. Our plans and vision kept changing (due to factors outside our control) but Ty, Audrey and Katie took it in stride and helped us with kindness and grace. The services department handled the close-up and hand-off smoothly and efficiently. The communication was great as they coordinated minor fixes and fine tuning after the winter season. They were even able to locate extra material for me when I experienced damage from an appliance a year later. Thank you thank you to you all. We love our new home!
