The front desk staff and maintenance are so nice and helpful. We’ve made 1 or 2 maintenance request and they help out that same day. Great location heart of downtown. Big closet space. Highly recommend broadstone Saratoga

She made the experience comfortable and answered my questions clearly, which really helped me get a good feel for the community. Overall, it was a very positive tour and Kaylee did an excellent job.

- KLK LDec 19, 20255.0Was given a tour by Kaylee at this beautiful building. I love that it looks and feels like a hotel. The lobby is gorgeous and the whole staff there was friendly and informative. Kaylee answered all of me questions and showed me every fun space in the building. The second floor pool is so cool and feels really private!! The gym is honestly so nice and has peloton rowers which is next level.. and a theragun station, rock climbing wall and separate CrossFit area. I could cancel my gym membership for this one which is really important to me. Definitely one of the nicest apartment buildings in downtown.

They’ve been extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
