  Ive lived in several rentals in Idaho falls for years but I have never had a better experience than here at eagles landing. I love living here. There's a strong sense of community, and it feels clean and SAFE kids playing outside all the time, GREAT place for dogs. The onsite pool and hot tub are even a big bonus. The apartments are updated and gorgeous. Most of all I'm impressed by how HUMAN the landlords are. Joan is honest and upfront with you, rick is the nicest guy you will ever meet. And they COMMUNICATE and WORK WITH YOU. Special shout-out to the maintenance guy Ryan, he has always responded to any issue we have ever had with kindness and promptness. If you are looking for a family friendly,clean, non shady apartment to call home, these are your people. 5 stars

  My husband and I loved living here! The apartments were spacious and the manager Rick was always really nice and helpful! The maintenance was also very helpful! The pool was always clean in the summer and the apartment is close to everything you need.

  Was a good place for the first couple of months then we started to notice some substantial changes in the place after that. They would says things where ok to do and then would turn around and tell us they were not. The managment and property manger are not good at being on the same page they stuggle with prompt and proper communication on important lease information or changes in general. The property manger is very rude in some instances and she is very Karen like and hypocritical. If the manger and property manager could get on the same page or have a new property manger all togther the place could be better

  My husband and I loved living here at Eagles Landing. We lived here for a year before buying a home. Joan, Rick, and Ryan (I know there’s someone else but I can’t think of his name) have all been so amazing! Maintenance was always done within a day and Joan and Rick were always kind and explained things about our lease/move out fees when we had questions. The team here makes Eagles Landing worth it. We’ve lived at other complexes and have never had this kind of excellent service. Everyone there is a friend. I loved the dog park, and the land was always kept would highly recommend to anyone!!

  I have been living in my apartment about five months now . I Have never have any issue with the Office or anything in the apartment so far. Everything been doing great for me and my family we feel safe And so welcoming. I meet a lot of nice people. I love being a part of the community. When I met Joan and Rick that’s how I know I was in the right community. I’m glad I met them.❤️❤️❤️❤️
