  Matt helped me find my first investment property. His experience and knowledge of the DSM metro area really helped guide me into getting a great deal on a townhome. Matt helped every step of the way, and I’ll be going to him again when it is time for me to purchase my second property.

  Matt was awesome to work with. I’ve had the chance to work with more than a few realtors and Matt stands out. The communication throughout was helpful. I understand realtors never have a moment of free time but anytime I had a question or concern Matt got back to me as soon as he could. Would recommend Matt to anyone buying selling or doing any type of contractor work with.

  Matt represented us in the selling and purchase of our home. We were moving from a townhome to a single family home. Not once did we feel pressured, pushed, or persuaded to do anything. Matt provided facts to us at every turn to ensure we were the most informed at each stage in the process. Matt also went out of his way to explain different options when it came time to make our offer.   Matt was great to work with. Very easy going, but also very professional. He was able to take our needs and found us a great home. Matt was always prompt with answering our questions. He would often bring up small things that I would not have. You can tell he knows what he is doing. When we put our offer in, he provided great assistance in structuring our offer and no counter offers were made, saving us money. Matt handled all the scheduling and coordination of items that needed to be done during the closing process. He made it very easy for us. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy a home.
