The girls on Heather's team (Jesse and the girl that is in the army) are delightful and go out of their way to make my home feel like a home. Brian the maintenance guy is incredible and there is a new one that is so polite. The grounds are kept very nice and I like the fact that things get done when u request it. I will say that living in this apartment has been the best so far. They are affordable and I dont get hit with any weird fees. It feels like home at 92 West which is probably why I have been here so long lol. Indigo, give ur people a raise for great customer service!

People should enjoy where they live and staff should make basic accommodations or at least reply to concerns of residents in a timely manner. I work in commercial real estate and 92west seems like an out of touch non-personable real estate investor focused on rate of return and minimum requirements instead of providing good housing for their tenants. You can charge higher rents if you manage the property well! Short term cost savings seem to be the priority here sadly instead of tenant comfort. Review will be quickly updated if management turns it around. I appreciate the reply stating 92west would love to talk to my friend directly, however they have been talking directly for months and my friend has called and emailed back and forth multiple times and not gotten any help or been treated with professionalism. They have been handed off to 5+ employees without explanation, new people jumping in and out of email chains and giving different explanations. Not a class act by any means. Very confusing and no reason for any issue to be handled in such an unusual way.

Unfortunately I’m leaving this review specifically for Bailee, she was so rude through my move in process, not just to me but to her co workers as well, she was always talking over them like what she had to say was more important and it was so uncomfortable and just rude, I’d hate to work with someone like that, and I hope she never answers the phone when I call. I feel like whoever is above her should know and thats why I am leaving this review. I love my apartment, and plan on staying for quite awhile but I hope she’s not here long, maintence is so great as well as the other ladies in the office are so sweet, attentive and very helpful!
