  My appointment was cancelled due to staff being sick and then my rescheduled tour was a no show. I arrived at the office at the set time the tour was scheduled for, when I noticed no one to be seen and a sign on the door saying they would be back at 2pm - our tour was set for 1pm. I then reached out where I was told they were at an appointment running late and would not be back for another half hour… very disappointed as I had taken off work and driven out of my way to see this apartment and for the staff to seem unphased at the lack of consideration to my time.

  This place is incredible. After spending months looking at apartments around the area online, I kept coming back to this one. None of the other places came close after tours. The kitchen is amazing. 1 gig internet. The fit and finish of the interior is perfect. Spacious elevators. And Monica has been beyond incredible. After the first tour, she was able to fit us in for a second impromptu one later that evening because there were just a few more things I wanted to check and questions to ask. Her communication has been fantastic since the first day I reached out. I cannot recommend this place enough

  A fantastic place to live. The manager always goes the extra mile to ensure we are taken care of and treats us well, the quality of the apartment is excellent, and the entire property is lovely. I toured several apartments in the Waukee area, but none came close to the level of amenities and care for their tenants like Stratford Pointe has.

  This is, by far, the nicest apartment I have been in over 20 years of renting. I have lived in Texas to Iowa and this apartment is warm and inviting. The staff is kind and welcoming. I already have an upgrade on a new washer and dryer!! With central air and new appliances, it makes the kitchen an absolute joy to cook in. This complex is close to the bike trail and all the in-town conveniences you'll need in shopping and grocery stores. I made the right decision to move to Stratford Pointe.
