- SKSaida KomjoJan 13, 20261.0Maintenance has consistently done a poor job addressing our concerns. I submitted a work order on November 19, and it was not completed until January 7. A delay of nearly two months for a maintenance issue is unacceptable. At this point, we are extremely frustrated and disappointed. We are still waiting on other maintenance requests to be addressed, and it has reached a point where we are considering paying out of pocket for repairs simply to have them completed in a timely manner. I have repeatedly called for updates, but the lack of anyone answering or following up only adds to the frustration. It feels as though we are being left on our own to deal with these issues. I am not someone who typically leaves reviews or complaints, but the situation has become that bad. If I had not signed such a long-term lease, I would have immediately considered moving out. At this point, nothing has been done to convince me otherwise. These ongoing delays and lack of communication have significantly impacted our living experience, and we regret choosing to live here due to the lack of timely and reliable maintenance support. I hope this issue can be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Super responsive, and honestly the kindest office staff I’ve ever had at a community I’ve lived at. Also shout out to maintenance my work orders get done super quick and if there’s something I have to wait on they let me know! 10/10 would recommend!
- JKJacob KapustkaNov 19, 20251.0Terrible communication from management. Neighbors leave their dogs outside 24/7 and are allowed to leave dog waste on the ground and their patio for months. Notified management multiple times but no action was taken as far as we can tell. Townhome itself is nice but good luck if you need anything from management.
