- NKNsia KileoMay 10, 20161.0Worst Experience we've had renting. Upon moving out, they sent the deposit summary to my roommate (our new forwarding address) and never sent me a copy. Then 6 months later, I received collection notice of a balance due in addition to the 700.00 deposit that they kept. Unit was brand new when we moved in, general wear and tear was listed at exorbitant amounts. Manager-Jill was soo rude. Tried to get us to pay for the general weekly cleaning of the clubhouse without our consent, our event was saturday, there was another event sunday and another one beginning of the week, we got notification of clubhouse charges on Wednesday(after 2 other events took place). Jill is so unprofessional, emotionally unstable, not well educated or trained for her position. DOG POOP ALL OVER THE PLACE! Paying $1300-1400 is not worth the bad customer service and apartment rules that they come up with every other day! And did I say NO PARKING MOST OF THE TIME? worst experience ever!
