- ALAlexis LaidlawFeb 6, 20265.0Our move in process with Centennial Crossing has been a 10/10! The amazing communication as a prospective tenant is carried over after you sign the lease. Jessica has been nothing but helpful, patient and so kind! Our dishwasher had a slight leak due to the seals getting hard after not being used for a bit between tenants, I called Jessica and the maintenance man, Zach, was over within 5 minutes. Zach is also extremely helpful and kind as well! This has been a great start to our time with Centennial Crossing and I am thrilled to be living here!

- AGAnuj Kumar GuptaDec 22, 20225.0Being new to Des Moines area I was looking for best Town home options, Centennial Crossing was one of the best from multiple options I came across around West Des Moines and Waukee area . Specially the team is great, starting with the initial tour Jessica helped clearing all my initial doubts and understanding my requirements of getting me a fully furnished bigger town home (yes they also provide town home with all necessary furniture). Ashley who was great executing all the requirements into reality, starting from interacting with different vendors and fitting into our price quote, she even helped setting up my furniture. Maintenance process and staff is great too. Jessica and Zach are always on top of fixing any issues which I have encountered till now. Zach is an all-rounder who knows everything and fixes everything. Thanks to all for my initial onboarding and great experience and hope to have a great longer stay in this property.
