- MMMia MiaSep 3, 20251.0I lived out at these apartments for 8 months due to how bad its got so fast.. Management is terrible! They handle no concerns when taken to the office. The first lady China that's in the office now barley has experience she lies to the residents and higher up management to save her self. The maintenance guy is very weird and rude also been alot of reports made on him and still nothing is ever done. The apartments are over priced everything falls apart bugs come through all vents in each unit from outside, the maintenance man is also never around not even for emergency's is really a terrible place sadly.

I've never met a manager quite like her she's hard-working caring,compassionate just to name a few things that I see in her she really cares about making you feel at home and safe at Union North Crossing Apartments and to the Owners that Own Union North Crossing Apartments you will never find a more amazing employee than what you have found in Miss M she is just truly amazing. I can't say it enough about what she does and how she really cares. When she's not on the clock and getting paid for working I have even caught her driving threw the parking lot just checking to see if everything's okay. Miss M is doing that's on her leisure personal time please Respect her Listen to her and Keep her. Thanks For Your Hard Work And For Caring Miss. M Apt 1A
