  There are too many cockroaches in these apartments. I initially recommended them to family and friends, but they have the same problem. And if you try to get rid of the pest infestation yourself, Angela and her office colleague will fine you for it. And if you want to talk to them or complain about any problem, you'll end up worse off than when you started because all they do is yell and stress you out.

  WARNING! Living at Bristol Ridge has been an absolute nightmare. My apartment is overrun with cockroaches that crawl out of the dishwasher, cabinets, outlets, toilets, shower heads, and stove. For almost two years, management has claimed to schedule pest control, yet despite monitoring my Ring camera during “treatment days,” no one has ever come to spray. The infestation has only worsened to the point where it feels impossible to live comfortably in my own home. On top of this, the property is unsafe and constantly plagued with crime. Police are a regular presence because of neighbors shooting guns, drug activity, and assaults. Management advertises access control, but doors are often broken, propped open, or missing essential parts like push bars for weeks at a time. It feels as if anyone could walk in and cause harm. Hallways reek of garbage, stained from leaking trash bags that are never properly cleaned, and the parking lot is littered with nails, glass, and abandoned furniture. To make matters worse, random people wander through the halls at all hours, destroying laundry machines, vandalizing walls with graffiti, and banging on residents’ doors in the middle of the night. This is not just an inconvenience it is a serious safety and quality of life issue that management ignores. Bristol Ridge is mismanaged, unsanitary, and unsafe. Do not be fooled by their advertising; this complex is not fit for anyone seeking a safe, clean, or livable environment.

  The emoloyee personel here are top notch. I've been here for 3 years. Any problem I've had, they fix it quickly. When the lease comes due, I choose to stay.

  This was the cheapest apartment I could find in the area and I’ve had no issues. maintenance is handled in a timely matter and the staff is friendly which is always a big thing for me. The only thing to look out for is none of the utilities are included in the price of rent but I was aware of that when I moved in and even with that it still seems to be one of the cheapest places to live in the urbandale area. I’ve had no problems with bugs and they have been keeping up with property maintenance like the parking lots.
