  Rating 3 stars because the location and unit itself is great, but the management has been sub par for years on many occasions. I've lived here nearly 5 years and almost every year when it's time to renew the lease there is some miscommunication, incomplete process, or outright complete lack of communication. For example, this year I received no emails whatsoever when it was time to renew my lease, they had to tape a paper notice to my door. After selecting a lease option, I once again received zero email communication to confirm that I had documents I needed to sign, and still had to go find them manually in the portal. Last year, they failed to add my garage rent to the lease after I had asked to renew it. Months later, I find a paper notice on my garage door stating that no rent had been paid for the year, and they would be cleaning out the garage and throwing my stuff away. One again, ZERO communication prior to this paper notice about the issue. My garage is all the way at the end of the row, and I don't check it regularly. By the time I had seen the paper notice there were only a few days left in the time frame given to dispute the notice. What if I hadn't happened to check the garage in those few days? In the 5 years that I have lived here I've had to call the office and leave messages over 10 times because they never answer the phone, and I think maybe one time I got a call back. At one point last year I even called the property owners (Indigo living) to complain because I couldn't get ahold of their property managers after trying for several days. They basically told me nothing could be done. I'm finally moving out and I will miss the location and my apartment because they are nice, but I will be very glad to stop working with this property management.

  We been living here At Saylorville Lakeside Apartments for going on five years it’s a great place to live. When something breaks down. They fix it in a very very timely manner. It’s a great place to live and I love the new management their great to work with very polite pleasant and nice. that’s why we will stay living here as long as we want here because we like living here thank you very much John Sharpnack apartment C2

  Best place to live! Staff is so friendly, and has provided such an amazing experience with my apartment search. Definitely recommend!!!
