  If you are a first time renter or even just renting at all, I highly recommend looking elsewhere and here is why. 1) Parking - if you live in a town home like I do or even an apartment it is an absolute disaster. People that DO NOT even live in this complex will park here especially when there are events going on in the metro to uber or take the bus, which leaves you parking across the lot, in my opinion for how much money you pay to live here you should be able to park by your living space. 2) Quality of townhomes/apartments - I have had almost everything break in my townhome to the point where I have paid to fix some of it because maintenance will take DAYS to help you. For example everything is extremely cheap like the towel racks and toilet paper holders, mine have all fallen off or have came loose from the wall. 3) Pet Friendly - I love that this place allows pets, but with the "rules" they have you my as well not even bother. My dog will bark when someone enters my house, but that is the only time she does, and during the week she goes to work with me. I have had multiple emails from the leasing office stating that I need to take care of the situation or my pet will be removed. 'Pet Friendly" is a joke, that's how animals communicate, how would you like to be threatened not to talk or be "removed." The last thing I will mention out of many more is the fees. We have a garage so we pay that fee every month which is just fine, but from the first few months we moved in to now our rent is up almost 400 dollars, for what? It is absolutely insane the amount of money we pay here for what we get in return. I understand that with renting there are fees added into rent, we knew that coming into it, but I have never seen or heard of anything like it. Moral of the story is make sure you cross your T's and dot your I's before committing to this place.
