- CFCesar FraustoOct 12, 20251.0Zero stars if i could, they raise the rent every year, and one of the reason they give is because they keep it clean and safe, a water pipe broke about 8 to 10 months ago, and they havent send everybody to pick up their mess, i send them an email and a private messege on facebook a while ago, the reply i got was that i was in a wait list and that they were waiting for spring or summer to get here in order to take care of it, we are getting closer to winter and they havent came to, even out the dirt and everything else, they broke a box i had paid about 200$ to protect my water heater, they put it back together but did a crappy job, wich thats the last of my worries, all im asking is, if they make a mess, clean your mess!!
