    Samantha Vance from 1st Rate Real Estate did an amazing job helping us find the house we were looking for. She showed us multiple houses, multiple times, even after we thought we found the right one..... there was a better one. She answered almost every question we had and the ones she didn't know she got back with us the NEXT day. She made buying a home (after 25 years in our first home) so easy. Communication was 100 out of 10. She walked us through the process and explained the next steps for us to do. I still can't believe it was that easy from start to finish but her guidance through the process was what made it so easy. We can't thank Samantha enough.

    We could not have asked for a better experience at First Rate. Val Bellile was so experienced and knowledgeable. She was attentive to our every need and very patient and helpful with us during both the buying and selling process. We never hesitated to reach out with any questions and she was always happy to respond quickly which we appreciated. The whole process went very smoothly as she did all the heavy lifting. She was able find us a new home we love as well as sell our home quickly. We can never thank her enough for such a great experience!
