Lynn was very kind and professional, and she explained the application process and requirements very clearly and in detail. We left feeling like we mattered and as though she would be very helpful, should we make an application in the future.
- ADAngela DiazDec 21, 20251.0The management, Lynn, is not on site full-time. She has an office but also takes care of other buildings. The fitness room 👎🏼. ABSOLUTELY NO BEAUTICIAN. Mom as been here almost 4 years. They have a locked room that says Salon. They almost hired a beautician. The days she was to start Lynn, the manager was so rude and disrespectful that the poor girl left and went straight to urgent care with a panic attack. It is the residents who provide a beautiful environment. Most donating their own time and money. I am a caregiver now for my mom and live here with her. I absolutely 100% will not allow my mom to be in the same room as Lynn if I am not present. She’s disrespectful! Rude! And a LIAR. SHE HAS THREATENED RESIDENTS THAT SHE IS NOT OBLIGATED TO RENEW THEIR LEASE.
