  Our experience with Anne was fantastic. She has great communication skills, and she does what she says she will do. She cares about providing a great experience from the beginning to the end. It was so refreshing dealing with a realtor who is both professional and full of integrity. She went out of her way to make everything go as smoothly and pleasantly as possible.   Anne Steele was awesome to work with and bent over backwards to help us while we were out of town and state. She communicated extremely well and ensured all of our questions were answered when both looking for our new home and once we found it. If we ever decide to move again, which is hope not we will use Anne. If not, we will refer her to anyone we know.

  Anne is a family friend but went above and beyond to get me and my boys into an amazing housing opportunity. I was nervous and a little overwhelmed by the thought of homeownership as a single mom of 3 kids. Anne was supportive and reassuring as she helped me work through the process of applying for a grant program, helped me secure a lender and showed up confident and excited for me the day we closed on the house. Anne thanked me for trusting her through out the process and provided myself and kiddos a wonderful basket of goodies at closing. Anne will never know how much I appreciate all the work she put in to get me and my boys in a home they deserve.

  When we decided to sell our home, their was never a question we would hire Anne Steele. Because the market was so strong, many suggested we list the house ourselves. We never would have found our buyers, or have had the positive outcome we experienced without hiring Anne. From the professional photos and drone video, to the listing of the house on several formats including social media, to helping the buyers navigate the process through closing, Anne was amazing. Excellent at communicating and her expertise made the experience seamless for us.
