I have been at LINC for about 7 months and have loved living here. However, lately the parking has gotten out of hand. Good luck finding a spot if you come home later than 7:30pm. The alternative options for parking if the resident lot is full are not ideal- parking on Tuttle street is fine but lately it is impossible to find a spot unless you are willing to walk far (something I am not willing to do alone at night). The other alternative is a random parking lot across the busy MLK intersection that again involves walking. In the daylight that’s fine, but at night that is not a safe option for a female by herself. The spots reserved for businesses are ALWAYS empty past 7:30-8pm, but are not available for residents to park until 11:30pm. I understand not wanting residents there during business hours, but until 11:30pm? Seriously? Sorry Mad Meatball, but you are the only business open that late and you don’t need 20 spots open for the 3 customers there on a weeknight at 9pm. I understand for weekends, that’s a different story. Tonight I witnessed them tow a LINC resident from the business spots at 10:50pm- 40 mins before the parking is open for residents. I know I am not the only person experiencing this issue either- as every night when I come home myself and at least 6 other cars are circling the lots/ Tuttle street just waiting for someone to leave. I love LINC, but this problem is making me want to move. I shouldn’t have to change my entire schedule and lifestyle around a parking spot, but I feel like I have to.

Great apartment building for anyone looking to live close to downtown but also close to a big public park (Grey's Lake) and very close to the airport as well. Best of all the worlds in my opinion.
Additionally, Chloe was super helpful in picking out an apartment and getting me all set up. She was quick to respond to every question, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. And even a few months in to my lease when I started having some noise issues with a neighbor, they were able to resolve the situation with the least amount of interruption possible. Very grateful for the whole staff and I feel very much at home here.

I absolutely love living here. I’ve been here about 6 months and I do not have one thing I could say bad. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Chloe is a doll and has went above and beyond for me. I can’t thank her enough. If you are considering moving or just wanting to look around reach out to her or any of the staff. The gym is amazing. The pool is almost too much fun in the summer. In a good way. If I could give more stars I would.
