  However this is an affordable place to live. My trailer is a decent one what irritates me about living here is the amount of unsupervised children that run around in the streets. And the dogs get to run freely but I had animal control called on my leashed dog. Who I had to get rid of or I would be arrested. There is always litter in the park and the pool when there a garbage cans accessible in both places. I know it’s a trailer park but it’s disgusting and there should be signs posted about no littering that’s not just scribbled on the garbage cans.

  We just got our new home here at the meadows ! And I wanted to give a huge shout out to Dellainey Potter !! She helped us understand everything that came with renting with them, explaining everything in great detail. Her kindness and compassion was amazing as this is a huge jump for my husband and I as a young married couple. We both felt respected and listened too all our questions were answered and any concerns were taken seriously. We haven’t fully moved in just yet but based on how management has been to us already we are excited for this !!! Kept pushing it back a little bit it’s always alone during the day. Do you want to wear or normal? Just one driver and one insider until like four or five every day and then obviously the weekends there’s two people.

  Mom's main water pipe got frozen, two weeks a go, and the water meter (started to leak from the bottom) she wasn't able to use any water in her place, I called the main office many times and they told me they were going to send someone to fix it. A day went by, 3 days went by, then 7 days went by and still didn't have water. I called 4 times and spoke to the staff in the main office without addressing anything. I happened to see "Mike, the maintenance guy," on my way to get the mail, and I told him the issue we had with the water. He told me he would go check right away, and he did! Then, he went to get his equipment, replaced new valves and a installed a new water meter. I was so happy to see how professional he is and that there is still someone who really cares. "I will give anyone an advice."Do not waste your time calling to the new staff at the main office, they're usless, You are just going to waste your time". I miss how Amy used to handle maintenance issues like that several years a go.. sadly she's been gone for too long.

  Horrible management, also we’re moving out due to a sex offender moving in next door to us. Definitely do your research before you move in, at least 5 sex offenders live in this park. DO NOT RENT HERE.
