Theyve had roaches for 2 plus years, didnt tell us before we moved in and they charge us to spray but they might as well be using water. I have to dodge 3 big potholes to get out of the parking lot, my upstairs neighbor kid likes to run back and forth at 10pm and 6am. They woke me up this morning actually. Oh and weve had the car broken into twice. They have no cameras on the visitor parking so be careful.
- JGJanessa GreenJul 27, 20231.0This apartment complex is disgusting. The apartments are cute on the outside but once you walk in you will regret every second. Tenants leave their trash right outside their door in the hallways. This was my first ever apartment and the first month was nice until I started to see that the whole building was infested with roaches. No matter how much you clean I promise you , you will see roaches. I’ve turned on my bedroom light and seen one crawling on my bed. There was even one in the shower with me. I was traumatized to the point where I packed up and stayed at my mom’s until my lease was up. I wanted to switch buildings but they would not let me know if the same issues were there. I did not waste any more time nor money on this filthy apartment. I don’t know how management even works in the office. Management must love working with roaches because they don’t do a thing to fix it. DISGUSTING!!!
