  After living here for a year heres my take. Theyve had roaches for 2 plus years, didnt tell us before we moved in and they charge us to spray but they might as well be using water. I have to dodge 3 big potholes to get out of the parking lot, my upstairs neighbor kid likes to run back and forth at 10pm and 6am. They woke me up this morning actually. Oh and weve had the car broken into twice. They have no cameras on the visitor parking so be careful.

  I lived here for 2 years and it was the worst 2 years of my life....my car got broken into 2 different times and my fiancées car got broken into one time...the maintenance guys are friendly and the office staff changed so much it was a different lady in there every week and when they said they were going to do porch repairs and everything had to be off the patios....yeah they never did do any repairs so they don't keep their word...and also when I went to turn my keys in there was 3 cop cars and the crime scene investigators van there....also all of the kids are loud and obnoxious and don't care....this place is not very family oriented.....so if you want to live in a dump go right ahead but if you want what is best for you stay away from this place
