  Completely ghosted in the building at my tour. Have not talked to a real person once. I scheduled an in-person tour online. Based off of reviews and pictures, and my readiness to move, I was expecting to apply for a unit the day I toured. I received several confirmation emails and texts before the tour. On the morning of, I drove into dsm and was locked out of the building. I called the building several times. The phone number given out on the confirmation email and the number online are different from one another but I called each several times. No answer. The same loop over and over again on an automated message. I eventually was let into the building by a resident, the leasing office was completely empty. Lights off, no one there. This was during their business hours and at the scheduled time/date I received several confirmation notifications for. I reached out immediately to reschedule and express my frustration. I never received a follow-up from a real person. More automated messages asking to tour the building. Their emails are all powered by AI and you cannot get in touch over the phone to save your life so good luck talking to a real person! This horrid communication is no doubt a reflection of how they run if I were a resident. So disappointing.

  I was looking for a short-term rental this past summer for an internship, and the rental team — with a special shout out to Trey — took incredible care of me. The move-in was smooth and I really enjoyed my time at City Square Lofts. Perfect location, the unit was in great shape, and the staff was very friendly and helpful in accommodating any requests and answering questions. I would highly recommend City Square Lofts to any prospective renter.

  Medina has been an outstanding property manager at City Square Lofts. She is responsive, organized, and genuinely cares about residents having a great experience. Any time I had a question or needed help, she communicated clearly, followed through quickly, and made the process easy from start to finish. It is rare to find someone who is both professional and kind, but Medina consistently delivers. City Square Lofts is fortunate to have her.

  I’ve had a great experience working with the team here. Everyone is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Medina, the property manager, truly stands out. She is organized, attentive, and always quick to communicate. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and issues are handled promptly. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it makes a noticeable difference. I highly recommend this team and especially appreciate Medina’s dedication and professionalism.
