  It's been a week now with multiple phone calls with no returned messages at all from their team. This is an addition to the inquiry sent online. To the point that I spent the time to drive to the complex as I see they have open office hours per their Google listing. Surprise, that must be wrong as well because the listing office outside door was locked and no ability to reach their team. It's a secure entrance and you aren't able to reach their team besides calling the phone number. For someone trying to give a company money to rent in their development but they can't even return a phone call that should tell you everything you need to know. It also looks like my experience is not unique to me either as this has happened to others as well per their reviews. It's unfortunate too because they spend the time and money pushing ads but then don't follow through when someone is trying to set up a tour to rent.

  So far the experience has been amazing. Alexa is awesome at what she does to get you into am apartment. She worked very hard to get me into my apartment and I could not be happier with the results. She is the best at what she does to get things done. Plus I can't beat the view!!

  So refreshing to meet with an upbeat, helpful property manager. All of our questions were addressed with no pressure and Alexa was proactive in anticipating the info we might need during our tour. Great experience!!

  I had four packages stolen in one week, which highlights the serious lack of security in this building. I contacted the property manager, Alexa, and was told I needed to file a police report in order for management to review the security camera footage. I did exactly that—an officer came to my apartment, took my statement, and a detective later requested the footage. Only then were we informed that the cameras don’t even work. This made the entire process a waste of my time and police resources, especially since management was apparently aware of this beforehand. Anyone can enter the building and steal packages with no consequences. With air bnb guests frequently coming in and out of the property, the lack of security and accountability is extremely concerning. There is no real sense of safety for residents or their belongings. I would not recommend living here if security and honest management are important to you.
