  Really hate having to make a 1 Star review of this place because I was ACTUALLY looking forward to living in this place... Me and my boyfriend came for a tour of this place, and NO ONE showed up. I made an appointment and we even got here like 15 minutes early. When we first arrived we couldn't get into the building which is no big deal just shows that they have good security 💁🏾‍♀️ so about 5 minutes later a resident let us in after confirming we were here for a tour Once inside the place looked great, we checked out some of the amenities while we waited since we knew we got there early. We waited all the way until our set time and even gave a 10 minute grace period and NO ONE SHOWED😭 Safe to say we are very disappointed and my BIGGEST complaint is that when I made MULTIPLE calls it doesn't even allow you to leave a voice message, once you dial the buttons for whoever you wanna speak to it rings and then plays it's automated message over again no matter WHICH NUMBER YOU PRESS... All I have to say is that I hope they treat their residents better then how they treat (or don't treat) people who are coming in for tours, it's just that things like this can sometimes be telling of how a place is run... Don't really wanna cause negativity on this place cause like I said it looks really nice and stuff like that, but like the fact that no one showed up, sent an email, called, or anything just doesn't give off good vibes☹️

  If you want someone who actually handles things instead of passing you around, Trey is that guy. He is straightforward, easy to talk to, and he does not let issues sit. Every interaction I have had with him has been smooth and respectful. Ballyard Lofts is better because he is there.

  I like the apartments a lot. There is a guy named Trey I believe and he’s awesome and easy to work with.

  Really appreciate how smooth things have been thanks to this team. Anytime there’s been a maintenance issue, it’s been handled quickly and without any hassle. Trey deserves a big shoutout. He’s dependable, easy to talk to, and actually fixes things right the first time. It’s clear he knows what he’s doing and cares about doing the job well. Having someone like that makes a huge difference and definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.
