  It’s been great living at 5Fifty5, and a big reason for that is Chloe. She’s friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents, which makes a huge difference. Having someone like her here really makes this feel like home.

  0/10 recommend: Dismissive management, predatory deposit practices at move out, felt unsafe. 1. Management is unprofessional, dismissive, and demeaning. 2. I felt unsafe and issues went unattended. 3. At move out, we were charged for anything possible including "unsanitary - level 3 cleaning". 4. At move in the state of the space was inadequate for living (water damage in multiple rooms, unclean, etc.). 5. The location is very loud with emergency vehicles and motorcycles to the point that the foundation of the home would shake. Management, particularly the property manager (SH), will dismiss and talk down to you at any chance possible. Particularly when faced with a situation that they mishandled. The property manager (SH) falsely quoted legal statues to me, refused to provide written policy we were being held to, and approached me with a very threatening demeanor when I asked for clarification in the office. Additional context includes: -Houseless people frequently pacing around the complex. -A drunk driver driving up the sidewalk and taking out our staircase railing. -A shooting down the street. -Management was dismissive of the AC going out on the top floor for over 1 month. It was 90 degrees. If you do choose to live here, document everything. The only good thing about living here was that maintenance personnel were kind.

  Haven't moved in yet, but the Leasing team has been awesome! They worked with my roommate and I to get into a unit we want at a price we all agreed upon. They were especially awesome doing all of this remotely during this pandemic. Very helpful and we're very grateful!

  I worked security for this area. If your young at heart and work late or nights you might enjoy it here. Its safe lite up at night and stay on the walkways because its a poop station for dog walkers. But its safe to live and being downtown living your not in the middle of the bussed but close enough to get there. No sun block
