We are only moving for more space, but the maintenance was always done quickly, admin communication was always fast, and the move in and move out process was easy. Their gym, mail room, and pool are nice amenities to have and it’s in a really nice area of Clive. By far the best apartment unit we’ve rented. Jaime and Madison were great to work with! Would recommend to others!
