I noticed yesterday at 4 p.m during my initial walk through the shower was leaking.The response to maintenance is already amazing! I'm so happy to start living there!! Thanks again!! The management and maintenance staff are very helpful and responsive. The amenities are also well kept up, and we've loved having the pool area right next door and always tidy. I LOVE the valet trash, especially as winter has set in. My unit has also exceeded my expectations... I didn't get to see a unit with my floor plan and signed from looking at it on paper alone. My master bedroom is huge, and they're well kept up and modern. I also love that I have an actual laundry room, which has also been great in place of a dog kennel for our medium-sized pup. I would definitely recommend Stonegate as a great place to live!!

Maintenance is always on top of your requests, and Jamie is willing to help in whatever way she can. Location is great if you have kiddos too because you have a park within walking distance and the pool in the summer is so nice! Many amenities to living here including a gym, pool, dog park, clubhouse, grills and fire pits.

My new apartment is spacious and the move in process was painless. And any issues I had with the apartment were resolved quickly by maintenance staff. Overall great experience.
