  I have been working with Bryan to find THE house for me since 2023. He helped me with several walk thrus over the years and we finally found the perfect house for me that checked all the boxes for needs and wants! He was always quick to respond to answer all of my questions. He worked closely with everyone involved to get the deal closed and his professional experience came in handy at every stage in the process. If you are looking for a Buyer or Seller realtor, Bryan is your guy for sure! I will be recommending him to all of my friends so they get the best deal possible!

  Excellent service! We were able to sell our house after just a couple days and save a bunch on commission. Bryan and Myra answered all our questions (which were many as this was our first time selling a a house). No tricks or hidden fees. Great people with a great business. Highly recommend .

  "I'll start by saying this.....I have NEVER had a positive experience with a Realtor until I worked with Bryan Curtis. I came across Bryan after a very bad, failed experience with more than one Realtor from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I reached out to Bryan while working with a "For Sale By Owner" site, yet I wanted to list it on the MLS with a commission that I personally set. I was looking to sell our home and list it on the MLS, so I worked with Bryan to get that accomplished. Typically, an agent who works with FSBO sales just puts up some pictures of your home and then allows Buyer's agents the ability to see it on the MLS and offer it to their clients. This is what I expected, but I was taken by surprise by the level of service and effort that Bryan put into selling our house. He could have literally done NOTHING more than post pics and let the Buyer's agents sell the home. However, he went the extra mile and took AMAZING pics of our home...inside / out/ and aerial. Posted home on multiple sites, took calls from agents and showed our home. In addition, he fielded calls from prospective buyers, Buyer's Agents, and other real estate firms, taking the burden off of me. I worked with a Real Estate agent in Cedar Rapids for 5 months that was hard to reach, did not put any effort into selling our home, NEVER showed the house (not even once), and was extremely poor at communicating anything to us. Bryan was the exact opposite. He was prompt to return calls, eager to help, and quick to address other questions from Buyer's agents... We showed the house damn near every week when it was listed with Bryan, that was not the case with our previous Realtors. As I said previously, other Realtors left me with a poor feeling about Real Estate Agents, and I know I was a difficult client. Bryan made selling our home his personal mission and did in 2 months what others were incapable of doing in 5-6 months. Reach out to this guy! He's the real deal, and probably one of the few Agents who are worth working with."

  Bryan is always willing to go above and beyond to find the perfect fit for your family. We have sold and bought with Bryan and are now working on finding a second home. Bryan is quick to get back to you when you ask to see properties or when asking questions. I highly recommend him for your selling/buying needs.
