If I can give them a 0 I would. The hallways are always nasty, dog poop and pee in the hallways, kids yelling and banging on your door as well as throwing food in the hallways. The management & attorney is TERRIBLE. They tell your business to others and expect for you not to react. The people in my building were selling drugs but management see everything but that. Always shootings over there and the doors are always broken which is why the homeless are always in the hallways. Loud music and neighbors all night. So much traffic throughout the night. The summer is terrible.

Worst place I ever lived. The assistant is friends with people who live out here. She tells all your confidential information. They have no maintenance man right now. The handle on the inside of my door is broken. It take 2-3 minutes to exit my home. Fire hazard but no one cares. They do not ever answer the phone and deny the fact you left voicemails and emails even with proof. There is a new shooting out here every few weeks and someone is always hit. Never any parking and your car is constantly hit and damaged living here. The buildings are filthy and the staff that work here have a mouth that will make you react. Then they are victims when you do. Stay away from this place it’s not worth it.

They do not respond to emergency requests. All of my maintenance requests have been ignored. I had to personally walk the maintaince man up to my apartment to fix my fan after 6 weeks of it making a terrible noise and finally it started sparking and had to be replaced. The front door key fob entry does not work in cold weather and has left me locked out of my apartment numerous times in below freezing weather where I’ve had to wait hours for someone to let me in. The crime is horrible. There is always police cars parked out because something is happening. People fighting and arguing. My car has been broken into and even with all the cameras they have here they still have no answer for who did it. When signing my lease I was told I would have access to the workout room and package receiving center until 10pm. However they lock them at 5pm so I am unable to get packages since I work the same hours as their office hours and I cannot use the amenities the apartment offers. Do not move here. The apartments look nice but were built entirely too fast with cheap products.

I don’t normally post my frustrations, but I am going to do it today because this is so wrong! I tried to apply to Union at Wiley today, but I make too much money for their income guidelines. So, instead of being able to live in a brand new apartment with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in it, I have to continue to live in a 50 year old rundown building where I have to do my own dishes and walk to my apartment basement or take the clothes to a laundromat to launder them. These kinds of places need to raise the income guidelines to a more reasonable level, or they need to lease apartments to “regular” people, too! So unfair! 🤬
