I would like to say props to the new manager Brenda! She’s has been extra nice. She’s is doing her best to make sure everyone is happy! I just have a few things I would like to add is that it would be easier for rent payments if there was a drop box. So tenants can pay turn in rent on time! If you want tenants to be happy and not upsets not so many late fees/ penalties A DROP BOX would be 10x wonderful. For anyone who work all day and doesn’t have the time or miss the office open hours to turn in rent. If can’t be paid online.

Update: got a call back, they are telling me they don't legally have to show me my invoice for the carpet placement that they did. Which is so wrong. You legally have too. If leaving zero stars were an option, I would happily choose it. I lived at Union at Wiley from October 3, 2024 to October 3, 2025, and it was hands down one of the worst places I have ever lived. Constant shootings, fires, and a front office that apparently doesn’t believe in answering the phone — that pretty much sums it up. Tiffany, who was the property manager during my time there, was never present when it actually mattered. When there were shootings or fires on the property, she was nowhere to be found. Instead, the maintenance supervisor was the one responding — which makes absolutely no sense. For the record, I now work in property management, so I know exactly how unacceptable this is. I moved out in October, and to this day I have not received my security deposit — nor have I received a ledger explaining the so-called “carpet replacement” I was charged for. Where is it? Your guess is as good as mine. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, and trust me, I have plenty. Overall, this is one of the most incompetent and unprofessional property management companies I have ever dealt with — and I’ve dealt with many. For a place labeled as “low-income housing,” charging nearly $900 a month is laughable. That is not low income — it’s highway robbery. If you’re considering living here, do yourself a favor and just drive through the complex. You’ll get your answer immediately. Trash is never picked up, kids are running wild — climbing on carports — and parents are nowhere to be found. There are open drug deals in the hallways, homeless people sleeping inside the buildings, and the front door locks never work. Even contractors who have worked on this property have openly said they do not feel safe being inside the buildings or on the grounds. This place is a disaster, and the management should be ashamed.

They are the rudest , disregard and people i have met December 19th, I scheduled a tour for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, which I was informed was available. However, upon arrival for the tour, I was informed that no such unit was available. While I accepted this information at the time, I subsequently checked their website on December 20th and found five 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom units listed as available. This discrepancy raises concerns regarding the accuracy of the information provided and also even when I went to their office yesterday it says close howver they were people inside two women who didn't even let me finish talking and aksing questions plus they like surrond me and i felt so uncomfortable. So unprofessional even one star is too much.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE FACT ALL TENANTS COMPLAINTS ARE THE SAME!!!!!!!! Literally the worst apartment complex I've been at. I lived here two years, and throughout the whole time was harassed, had my life my dogs life my home and my fiance threatened with violence, the office knew and did nothing even with police reports. The property manager tells other tenants who is on section 8 housing, who is being evicted, health issues of peoples children. The office does not keep grounds clean, or any common areas clean to the effect they leave dog feces laying out for months. They do not give you 24 hour notice for non emergency entry. They will claim they are trying to contact you with no proof, and while not actually making attempts. They will communicate over Facebook if you personally know anyone in the office rather than acting professional and emailing or calling and leaving a message. There are constantly shootings, (i had one literally in the apartment above me even after calling police due to dv and the office knowing about that as well) the building key fobs dont work 90% of the time so when its 110 degrees OR NEGATIVE 30 degrees you will likely be stuck outside if the entire building with no way to get ahold of anyone in the office (the air conditioner company had this same issue not being able to get in the building and no answer from the office) the air went out BOTH SUMMERS within the first month, they do not communicate with you about when they are fixing it and again do not give you the required by law 24 hour notice. You will get late fees when you pay your rent, or the manager will just happen to lose your money order and tell you that you have to pay it again or be evicted (even when you have proof it was paid) your work orders will either never get fixed or they will sit for months on end until you threaten legal action and then they have some excuse why it isn't done or "they dont know about it" Attached are ONLY the parts of the lease they violate. I have two years worth of emails and documentation, and they still are trying to deny things.
