- JOJaden OToolFeb 11, 20263.0It’s nice living space. But maintenance takes a while to get things checked even if it’s an emergency request. Touring is great. Getting things added to your account and fixed takes a very long time. Emailing them is a hit or miss…otherwise great.

Management in the office treat them horribly and refuse to address the roaches. I was looking for an apartment a couple of months ago luckily I was warned about this place. There is no office on the apartment grounds and the office does not answer the phone or reply to messages. Rents high but the roaches are free, enjoy.

Anna was a great help as well answering my questions! I have no doubt my new place with the many amenities will keep me very active! I recommend Lake Shore to everyone looking for an amazing place to live!
