- TBTaylor BeckFeb 23, 20261.0Nice apartments. Really was interested in living here. Called three times within two separate days, left a voicemail, and sent an email. No response. Poor communication, have not heard anything back, and from friend tenants that live there, they report that they have to go into the office if they ever want contact from anyone. Poor communication for people interested in leasing.

The staff members know us by name, other residents are helpful and respectful, and service calls are attended to immediately. The apartment building feels like a combination of cruise ship (clean, wide hallways & elevator), college dormitory (friendly neighbors), and luxury home. During the winter, we can exercise (gym) without leaving the building. In the summer, we and the grandkids practically ‘live’ in the pool. For special family occasions, the social room provides a perfect hosting venue.

Staff have been receptive and kind when I see them in the hallways or in the office. I love the summer activities and fun little contests they do throughout the year. My neighbors are great too!
