- MAMariela ArguetaFeb 14, 20265.0Nice place to live! We love the pools and playground. The staff are really friendly, especially Eva and Rachel. There is, however, one receptionist who can be a bit rude at times. One time my parents couldn’t check their account balance because the page was down, so I called the office for them. They had paid what they thought was the full balance, but there was a small $15 difference. That receptionist said there was no remaining balance, which wasn’t true, and my parents ended up paying a $50 late fee. We went to the office to sort it out, but never got a clear answer. Other than that, the staff are super polite. Maintenance is always professional and fast whenever we need help. Overall, I really enjoy living here!

- JOJaden OToolFeb 11, 20263.0It’s nice living space. But maintenance takes a while to get things checked even if it’s an emergency request. Touring is great. Getting things added to your account and fixed takes a very long time. Emailing them is a hit or miss…otherwise great.
