  The housing I live in is terrible. Black mold all over inside my unit. Our water bill is always close to 200.00 each mth. Used to be close to 300.00 a mth. They donot have central air in any unit so we have to run 3 ac units. Electric is thru Alliant so you can imagine paying over 300.00 every mth and same in winter. You can see the outside all around the only door on my unit. They told me it looks better than most units that they donot fix doors we have to hang blankets up to keep the outside air out. They lied and told me my mthly funds were already on my new card and to come up and get my new card. I live over an hr away. Got up here and now they tell me it be 2moro before funds get on our cards after telling me they are already on my card!!! They did not even try to help me with gas to help me get back home. I counted on their word that $s was already on my card. That was yesterday they called and told me $s was already on the card. They lied and put me in a bad situation over an hr from home with no gas or $s to get back home. Who do we make complaints and report this too? Happens all the time with this place! If i cld give it no stars i would. We may be poor but we are humans too we have families and count on these ppls words. Smh very sad
