- QAQuinton AllenMar 30, 20265.0Had a leak from my shower causing my lower level roof to start to collapse. Ronni the maintenance technician found and repaired the leak in no time at all. Easy and hassle free experience. Not even to mention she was very nice and amazing to work with.
- JBJeff BachtelMar 25, 20265.0Ronnie came promptly when she was supposed to, quickly assessed the water intrusion problem, put in an acceptable short term fix for the mold that had formed, and affirmatively scheduled a follow up visit a week later when things will have dried. Great service.

It was issue on top of issue here; being accused of leaving trash outside of my unit with a letter notice on my door; I called the office to ask what proof they had of me doing this. Did we have a photo of me, a video of me trashing the area? They had zero proof. It shouldn’t take me having to explain that they have other tenants here who MAYBE don’t clean up after theirselves. I had renters insurance the whole time I was there yet being charged with their $18 liability insurance. Imagine being called by a debt collector a MONTH AFTER MOVE OUT that we still owe $1k+. Why am I being notified a month later after being told on my last day by office staff that all fees are paid for and that I’m done, I don’t owe anything else? I’ve called the office to follow up, told I’d receive a call back. They NEVER call back to follow up, I don’t understand why I have to chase? If you’re thinking about living here, don’t do it. The incompetency is baffling.
